  • Three installs — a desktop, a laptop, and a machine that gets rebuilt

Prices exclude any tax, which is calculated at checkout from your location. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles the payment, the invoice and the tax.

What happens after you pay

Your key is shown on screen at the end of checkout and emailed to you as well. Keep that page open, or paste the key straight into the pane under Licence. Lost it? Check that email, or email support@appgarden.co.uk from the address you paid on. One key has 3 activations.

Undo is free in every tier, always. It does not lapse with a licence and keeps working after one is cancelled; scanning, explanations, the ambiguity report and the space fix do too, and the other fixes stop at the end of the period you paid for. An add-in that can write to your workbook but charges to reverse it would be indefensible.

Pro is a subscription, monthly or annual, and renews until cancelled. Cancel through Paddle, from the receipt it emails you or at paddle.net. Full refund within 30 days of any payment, no reason needed — the refund policy says how.
