Checking the active sheet is free, and stays free. So is every explanation of why a finding was raised, and so is the list of units the add-in read off your sheet.

Prices exclude any tax, which is calculated at checkout from your location. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles the payment, the invoice and the tax.

What happens after you pay

Your key is shown on screen at the end of checkout — it is not emailed. Keep that page open, or paste the key straight into the pane under Licence. Lost it? Email support@appgarden.co.uk from the address you paid on.

The free tier is degraded, never blocked. A lapsed licence takes the paid features away and leaves the add-in checking the active sheet exactly as it always did. It never writes to the cells you authored in either tier.

Pro is a subscription and renews until cancelled. Cancel from the receipt Paddle emails you, or by mailing support. Full refund within 30 days of any payment, no reason needed — the refund policy says how.

Buying is subject to the terms of service, the refund policy and the privacy notice.
