What happens after you pay

Your key is shown on screen at the end of checkout — it is not emailed. Keep that page open, or paste the key straight into the pane under Licence. Lost it? Email support@appgarden.co.uk from the address you paid on.

Undo is free in every tier, always. It does not lapse with a licence and keeps working after one is cancelled. An add-in that can write to your workbook but charges to reverse it would be indefensible.

Pro is an annual subscription and renews until cancelled. Cancel from the receipt Paddle emails you, or by mailing support. Full refund within 30 days of any payment, no reason needed — the refund policy says how.
