After checkout, your key is shown on screen at the end of checkout, on a page you should keep. A copy is emailed to the address you paid with.
What a licence covers
- 3 activations: paste the key into the Sheets sidebar and it takes one seat.
- Every update for as long as it is running.
- Cancel whenever. Scanning, explanations, the ambiguity report, the space fix and Undo keep working; the other fixes, saved settings and the report stop at the end of the period you paid for.
Restoring is never paid for
Undo is part of the free tier and always will be. Every fix first saves a hidden copy of the sheet; Undo in the sidebar restores it. “Keep changes” deletes the hidden copies once you are happy.
Refunds
Ask and you get one, within 30 days, no reason needed. Refund policy.

Already have a key?
In Google Sheets™, open Extensions › Import Cleaner for QuickBooks™ › Open, expand Enter a licence key at the bottom of the sidebar, paste it in and press Activate.
