Your key is shown on screen at the end of checkout, on a page you should keep. A copy is emailed to the address you paid with.

In Google Sheets™, open Extensions › Seller Export Cleaner › Open cleaner, paste the key into the Licence box at the bottom of the sidebar and press Activate.
Prices exclude any tax, which is calculated at checkout from your location. Paddle is the merchant of record.
