Seller Export Cleaner is a Google Workspace™ editor add-on for Google Sheets™, published by AppGarden (appgarden.co.uk). Installing or using it means you accept these terms. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy™, eBay™ or Vinted™.
What you are buying
The Free tier takes any number of files from one platform and builds a ledger of up to 100 sales, with every cleaning rule, shop costs, payouts, the import log, tax-year totals and the platform reporting check in the sidebar. It has no account and no expiry. The Pro tier adds unlimited sales up to the published limit on the guide, all platforms in one ledger, the Tax year summary tab, monthly trends and fee percentages, cost and profit columns and a CSV export for your accountant, for £25 a year or £5 a month. A Pro licence covers 3 activations.
Not tax advice
The add-on sorts and totals the figures in the files you give it. Its tax-year totals, reporting-threshold check and UK tax notes are facts about those figures and about published HMRC rules, with links to gov.uk. They are not tax, accounting or legal advice, and they do not tell you whether any tax is due or what to put on a return. For that, ask an accountant or HMRC. You are responsible for checking the ledger against your own records before you rely on it.
Payment and merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all purchases, handles payment processing and tax, and appears on your card or bank statement. AppGarden fulfils the licence; Paddle handles the money.
Refunds
A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason. See the refund policy for how to ask for one.
Licence and activations
A Pro licence key activates on up to 3 seats. Email support to free a seat. The licence is for your own use across the spreadsheets you own or can edit; it is not for resale or for issuing sub-licences to other people. Accountants who want one key for several clients can ask for a team key by invoice.
Your tabs stay yours
Everything the add-on writes is an ordinary tab in your spreadsheet. If a Pro licence is cancelled, refunded or expires, the tabs already written stay where they are. Remove raw data and Remove add-on tabs are free in every tier and are never withdrawn.
What the add-on does and does not do
It reads the export files that Etsy, eBay and Vinted let you download, matches each file to a dated description of that platform's format, and writes one sales ledger with gross, fees, refunds and net by UK tax year, as described in the guide. Anything it cannot link to a sale with certainty goes to the Shop costs tab with a reason, so the totals still match the platform's own. It never signs in to any platform account. Platforms change their exports without notice: when a file no longer matches, the add-on stops with a “format changed” message rather than guessing, and it cannot promise to read every future version of every file. It does not convert currencies; sales in other currencies are flagged and kept in their own currency.
Google's own terms
Use of this add-on is also subject to Google's own terms for Google Workspace™ Marketplace add-ons and the Google Terms of Service. Nothing here overrides those.
Limitation of liability
The add-on is provided as-is. AppGarden is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including any tax, penalty or interest, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be described on this page. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the update.
