Refund policy

A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason, on Pro.

Email support@appgarden.co.uk from the address you paid with, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you, and say you want a refund. No reason is needed and nothing needs to be wrong — if it did not suit you, that is enough.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the merchant of record for this purchase, back to the original payment method. It typically shows up within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to a refunded licence

The key is deactivated once the refund is processed and the add-on goes back to the Free tier: one platform, a ledger of up to 100 sales, every cleaning rule, shop costs, payouts and the import log. The tabs already written to your spreadsheet stay where they are, and Remove raw data and Remove add-on tabs keep working.

After 30 days

Past 30 days, cancel any time to stop future billing; the current paid period runs out as normal. Email support if you would like help with that, or manage it directly through the receipt link Paddle emailed you.
