Terms of service
AI Readiness Scanner and Fixer is a Google Workspace™ editor add-on for Google Sheets™, published by AppGarden (appgarden.co.uk). Installing or using it means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
The Free tier is unlimited scanning, explanations, the score and Undo on the active sheet, with no account and no expiry. The Pro tier adds one-click and guided fixes, whole-spreadsheet scans and an exportable report, for £39 a year or £4.50 a month, and covers 3 activations — 3 Google accounts, each able to use the licence across every spreadsheet in that account.
Payment and merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all purchases, handles payment processing and tax, and appears on your card or bank statement. AppGarden fulfils the licence; Paddle handles the money.
Refunds
A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason. See the refund policy for how to ask for one.
Licence and activations
A Pro licence key activates on up to 3 Google accounts. Deactivate one from the sidebar to free a slot for another. The licence is for your own use across the spreadsheets you own or can edit; it is not for resale or for issuing sub-licences to other people.
Undo is never withdrawn
Every fix saves a hidden copy of the sheet before changing it, and Undo restores that copy. This is free in every tier, is not part of what you are paying for on Pro, and does not lapse if a Pro licence is cancelled or expires.
What the add-on does and does not do
It scores a Google Sheet™ for how readable it is to AI assistants, explains its findings, and applies the fixes described in the guide when you ask it to. It does not guarantee that any particular AI assistant will produce a correct answer about your data — it improves how the sheet can be read, not what conclusions are drawn from it. Fixes that require a judgement call (see the guide for which findings those are) are explained but not applied automatically.
Google's own terms
Use of this add-on is also subject to Google's own terms for Google Workspace™ Marketplace add-ons and the Google Terms of Service. Nothing here overrides those.
Limitation of liability
The add-on is provided as-is. AppGarden is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be described on this page. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the update.
