Terms of service
Form Response Cleaner is a Google Workspace™ editor add-on for Google Sheets™, published by AppGarden (appgarden.co.uk). Installing or using it means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
The Free tier is findings on any responses tab and the clean tab for up to 250 responses, with no account and no expiry. The Pro tier adds up to 50,000 responses per form, saved recipes and one-click Refresh, the Choices and Summary tabs and CSV export, for £25 a year or £3 a month, and covers 3 activations — 3 Google accounts, each able to use the licence across every spreadsheet in that account.
Payment and merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all purchases, handles payment processing and tax, and appears on your card or bank statement. AppGarden fulfils the licence; Paddle handles the money.
Refunds
A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason. See the refund policy for how to ask for one.
Licence and activations
A Pro licence key activates on up to 3 Google accounts. Deactivate one from the sidebar to free a slot for another. The licence is for your own use across the spreadsheets you own or can edit; it is not for resale or for issuing sub-licences to other people.
Your responses tab is never touched
The add-on only reads the responses tab; every output goes to new tabs. “Remove cleaner tabs” deletes the managed tabs and the recipe, is free in every tier, and does not lapse if a Pro licence is cancelled or expires.
What the add-on does and does not do
It reads a Google Form™ responses tab, explains its findings, and writes the clean tabs described in the guide when you ask it to. It does not guarantee that any particular analysis of your data is correct — it prepares the responses for analysis, it does not analyse them. Values the parser cannot read are listed, not guessed; likely typos in email addresses are flagged, never changed.
Google's own terms
Use of this add-on is also subject to Google's own terms for Google Workspace™ Marketplace add-ons and the Google Terms of Service. Nothing here overrides those. Form Response Cleaner is published by AppGarden and is not affiliated with Google.
Limitation of liability
The add-on is provided as-is. AppGarden is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be described on this page. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the update.
