Refund policy

Hardcoded Value Detector is covered by the AppGarden refund policy, which now covers every add-in in one place.

Read the AppGarden refund policy. The policy is unchanged: a full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason, issued by Paddle back to the original payment method.
