Refund policy

A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason, on Pro.

Email support@appgarden.co.uk from the address you paid with, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you, and say you want a refund. No reason is needed and nothing needs to be wrong — if it did not suit you, that is enough.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the merchant of record for this purchase, back to the original payment method. It typically shows up within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to a refunded licence

The key is deactivated once the refund is processed. The checks, the preview and Remove pre-flight tabs keep working — they are free in every tier and are not affected by a refund on Pro. Your tabs stay, and saved campaigns stay loadable and checkable.

After 30 days

Past 30 days, cancel any time to stop future billing; the current paid period runs out as normal. Email support if you would like help with that, or manage it directly through the receipt link Paddle emailed you.
