Terms of service
Payout Export Cleaner is a Google Workspace™ editor add-on for Google Sheets™, published by AppGarden (appgarden.co.uk). Installing or using it means you accept these terms. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify™, Stripe™, Xero™, Intuit Inc. or QuickBooks™.
What you are buying
The Free tier is unlimited scanning, explanations, the ambiguity report, the space fix and Undo, with no account and no expiry. The Pro tier adds every other fix, saved settings and an exportable report, for £39 a year or £4 a month once checkout opens, and covers 3 activations on one key. Checkout is not open yet; until it is, nothing can be bought.
Payment and merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all purchases, handles payment processing and tax, and appears on your card or bank statement. AppGarden fulfils the licence; Paddle handles the money.
Refunds
A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason. See the refund policy for how to ask for one.
Licence and activations
A Pro licence key activates on up to 3 seats, shared across Google accounts. Email support to free a seat for another machine. The licence is for your own use across the spreadsheets you own or can edit; it is not for resale or for issuing sub-licences to other people.
Undo is never withdrawn
Every fix saves a hidden copy of the sheet before changing it, and Undo restores that copy. This is free in every tier, is not part of what you are paying for on Pro, and does not lapse if a Pro licence is cancelled or expires.
What the add-on does and does not do
It checks a Google Sheet™ against the export formats of Shopify™ and Stripe™ payouts and the import rules of Xero™ and QuickBooks™, explains its findings, and applies the fixes described in the guide when you ask it to. It does not guarantee that Xero or QuickBooks will accept any particular file — it checks the sheet against dated copies of those platforms' published formats and rules (see the guide), not against a live import. Findings that require a judgement call are explained but not applied automatically.
Google's own terms
Use of this add-on is also subject to Google's own terms for Google Workspace™ Marketplace add-ons and the Google Terms of Service. Nothing here overrides those.
Limitation of liability
The add-on is provided as-is. AppGarden is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be described on this page. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the update.
