Refund policy

A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason. No forms, no interrogation.

How to ask

Email support@appgarden.co.uk from the address you paid on and say you want a refund. Refunds go back through Paddle to the original payment method, usually within a few working days.

What happens to the licence

The key is revoked and the subscription cancelled. Checking, Before I share, by-hand steps and Remove PDS tabs keep working — they are free in every tier. Saved patterns stay and still detect; only the Pro actions lock.

After 30 days

Subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period, but payments older than 30 days are not refunded. If something genuinely broke on our side, say so anyway — the policy is a backstop, not a weapon.
