Refund policy

A full refund within 30 days of any payment — the first or a renewal — for any reason, or none.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt, or email support@appgarden.co.uk with the email address you paid with. Paddle returns the money to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.

What happens to your sheets

The licence key is revoked and the sidebar drops to Free. The guardrails you applied stay on and keep working — they are Google Sheets™' own features. Check, Quick protect, Undo last setup and Remove guardrails keep working too; they are free in every tier.

Cancelling instead

To stop renewal without a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt or go to paddle.net. Pro keeps working to the end of the period you paid for.
