Refund policy

A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason, on Pro.

Email support@appgarden.co.uk from the address you paid with, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you, and say you want a refund. No reason is needed and nothing needs to be wrong. If it did not suit you, that is enough.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the merchant of record for this purchase, back to the original payment method. It typically shows up within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to a refunded licence

The key is deactivated once the refund is processed, in Google Sheets™ and in Excel alike. The add-on goes back to the Free tier: reconciling up to 1,000 rows a side, the report and your saved recipes keep working within the free limits.

After 30 days

Past 30 days, cancel any time to stop future billing; the current paid period runs out as normal. Email support if you would like help with that, or manage it directly through the receipt link Paddle emailed you.
