Terms of service
Two-File Reconciliation for Google Sheets™ is a Google Workspace™ editor add-on published by AppGarden (appgarden.co.uk). Installing or using it means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
The Free tier reconciles up to 1,000 rows a side on a single key column, shows the full result, writes the report to tabs and runs a recipe someone shared with you. It needs no account and has no expiry. The Pro tier lifts the row limit and adds composite keys, near-matching keys, saved recipes and the CSV export, for £12 a month or £99 a year. It covers 3 activations shared across Google Sheets™ and Excel: one key, both hosts.
Payment and merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all purchases, handles payment processing and tax, and appears on your card or bank statement. AppGarden fulfils the licence; Paddle handles the money.
Refunds
A full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason. See the refund policy for how to ask for one.
Licence and activations
A Pro licence key activates on up to 3 seats, shared across Google accounts and Excel installs. Email support to free a seat. The licence is for your own use across the spreadsheets you own or can edit. It is not for resale or for issuing sub-licences to other people. Organisations buying for several people can ask for a multi-seat key by invoice.
If Pro ends
When a Pro subscription is cancelled, refunded or lapses, the add-on returns to the Free tier. Saved recipes are kept and can still be loaded and run within the free limits. Only saving, the paid key types and the CSV export stop. Your month-end is never held hostage.
What the add-on does and does not do
It matches two tables on the key you choose, compares the columns you map under the rules you set, and writes a report as new tabs. It never changes the source tabs. It does not decide what a difference means. A reconciliation is only as right as the key, mapping and settings it was given, all of which are shown on the report's Audit tab. Near-matches, added-together rows and duplicate keys are always reported for review, never counted as clean, and checking them is up to you.
Google's own terms
Use of this add-on is also subject to Google's own terms for Google Workspace™ Marketplace add-ons and the Google Terms of Service. Nothing here overrides those.
Limitation of liability
The add-on is provided as-is. AppGarden is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be described on this page. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the update.
